  • Unlimited phone/text/email support

    From time of hire to 6 weeks after the birth I am available to support you

  • 2+ prenatal meetings

    We go over labor questions and your birth plan in our first meeting and then postpartum planning in our second all in the comfort of your home

  • Birth plan guidance

    During our first prenatal meeting we go over putting together a birth plan and once you have one put together, I look over it and offer any edit suggestions needed so that it's as effective as possible

  • 24/7 on call period at 2 weeks before estimated due date until baby arrives

    Labor can happen anytime and I’ll be ready to join and support you

  • Photos/Videos Taken

    Photos and videos taken on my phone and/or yours to document your birthing experience and shared with you

  • Postpartum visit(s)

    I come to support you in your home during the postpartum period to assist as needed with feeding, sleep and resources

  • Resources

    Plenty of prenatal and postpartum resources and referrals as needed in your journey

  • Individualized Support

    I support my families how they would like to be supported. I want you to get what you want out of your pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience and that looks different for everyone!

Fee Information

  • My fee if you are paying out of pocket is $1,700.00

    This may be paid via payment plan agreed upon by both parties with the total being paid by 36 weeks gestation.

    I accept ACH, credit card, Apple Pay and checks.

  • If your insurance covers Doula care and you will be submitting an invoice for reimbursement my fee is $2,000.00

    This may be paid via payment plan agreed upon by both parties with the total being paid by 36 weeks gestation.

    I accept ACH, credit card, Apple Pay and checks. Oftentimes FSA/HRA does not reimburse until AFTER your baby is born so you should always get the details from your insurance first.

  • I am an approved Birth Doula with Oregon Health Plan and will bill OHP/your CCO for my care.
